New incentives to entrepreneurship of youth and women - Government of Serbia is implementing four-year project with UN Organization for industrial development

Minister of youth and sport of the Republic of Serbia, Vanja Udovicic, opened on Thursday, May 5, 2016, a conference of the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) where a four-year project for employment of youth and women as well as for the development of entrepreneurship in Serbia was presented.

Udovicic then outlines significance of this project which will be implemented in cooperation with the Government of Serbia since it will provide training for 3,500 young entrepreneurs and also support 1,000 businesses, fund 600 best entrepreneurial ideas and most importantly generate 3,000-6,000 new vacancies, according to the official website of the Government.


The project will be launched in the next month, with six months of preparatory phase and entire project will be implemented over the next 48 months.
