Law on inspection supervision becomes effective

The Law on inspection supervision whose objective is to, for the first time, in a comprehensive manner, brings order to the inspectors' work, contribute to reducing gray economy and protect businessmen who operate legally. As published by the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government, full implementation of the law started as of Saturday, April 30.It was stated that the law establishes different relationship between government and the economy, inspectors and businessmen and is focused on preventive action. Inspections are now expected to provide more professional and advisory support, as well as to impose preventive measures to avoid illegal activities and damage.
