Complex "St. Đorđe" on Oplenac offered to investors

Company "CapitalHouse" at Real Estate and Investment Trade Fair "BelRE" represented Tourist-Business center "St. Đorđe", which is situated on the entrance to cultural-histodical complex Oplenac, not far away from Topola.

According to the words of Marija Pavlović, manager of "CapitalHouse", the facility is in the phace of construction and this company offers it to the investors.

- Judging by the data from the business plan, 2m EUR should be invested in this facility, 1m EUR of which for procurement of complex and 1m EUR for completion of works. However, rental of suites and office space or sale of facility can bring twice as much money - our collocutor explained.

"St. Đorđe" occupies 1,400 square meters and it has ground and first floor.

- Cultural-historical complex Oplenac is very interesting to the visitors. Future facility "St. Đorđe" could offer catering services, modern multimedial hall, mini outlets, and attract individual, congress and business tourists in that way - Pavlović explained.
