Montenegrin Minister of Spatial Organization and Environment Protection, Boro Vučiinić, said that Montenegro needed €700m in the following 25 years in order to solve the problem of water supply and wastewater management. The Government of Montenegro backs idea of founding of special fund that would deal with financing of projects in field of public utility affairs.
