Tehnogas shares dividend of RSD 1.800 per share

Messer Tehnogas called for a regular annual meeting of shareholders May 27, 2016 and one of the agenda topics is the decision on profit distribution. The company has successfully ended business year 2015 and generated a profit, which after taxation totals RSD 1,77 billion. Undivided earnings from previous years, along with profits 2015, total RSD 11.8 billion.

Entire 2015 profit will be paid out as dividend, as well as a part of retained earnings from previous years of RSD 90.5 m. The amount of RSD 9.98 billion remains as undistributed profit from the previous period.

Shareholders will be paid dividend as gross amount of RSD 1.86 billion, i.e. the amount of gross RSD 1.801 dinars per share.
