"Pharmanova" wholesale company joined forces with "Bomil-Pharm"

"Pharmanova" wholesale company has united its operations with the operations of the Vojvodina drug store "Bomil-Pharm". Strategic merger will bring larger market participation to both companies thanks to broader assortment, stronger and more efficient distributive network, as well as quality relations with the buyers and suppliers.

According to the announcement, by taking this step, "Pharmanova" wholesale company will strengthen its position among the leaders in drug-store business on the market of Serbia, which will enable further growth and development to that company.

- With this merger, "Bomil-Pharm" obtained support from a big system and possibility to strengthen and expand its operations on the market of Vojvodina, and it will remain independent juristic person and keep its current activities. Number of employees will not be cut in any of the companies, while the increase in number of employees will be in accordance with the development of the companies - PR service of "Pharmanova" announced and pointed out that, by making that move after 16 years of operations, Belgrade-based wholesale company proved seriousness of its strategy that is reflected in continuous development and strengthening of market leading position in Serbia and the region.
