In 2016, Telenor to invest more than EUR 40 m in 4G network development in Serbia

New head at Telenor in Serbia, Ingeborg Ofsthus announced that the company will invest more than EUR 40 m at Serbian market this year. - This is the largest investment in f 4G networks development which will cover 50 % of the population in Serbia. Investing in internet development is for " Telenor one of primary objectives because it affects quality of life of people in Serbia and makes their daily activities easier and more efficient - Ofsthus said in her interview with Beta agency . Telenor, as she pointed out , is the largest foreign investor in Serbia which this year celebrates ten years of operations and during that time it has invested a total of EUR 2 billion and showed how much it believes in potential of the Serbian market. In March this year, Telenor covered entire Serbian population with 3G signal.
