Contract on Zelezara Smederevo goes public

The contract for the sale of Zelezara Smederevo was published last night at the website of the Ministry of economy of Serbia. .He Steel from China bought Zelezara at the price of EUR 46 m.

The contract was signed April 18.

As previously announced, Chinese company will end takeover of Zelezara in June and the Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic announced business plan with Chinese company will be signed May 20.
