Lazard as selected advisor in privatization of Nikola Tesla airport - Service price totals EUR 4.5 m

The Ministry states that out of six interested bidders which submitted bids, Lazard Freres SAS from France was selected as the best one. The company offered a price of EUR 1.27 m as compensation for consulting services and ERU 3.22 m as compensation for successful execution of work, the Ministry communicated and added that within deadline for submitting applications for the protection of bidders no requirements for protection of rights were received.

- Early next week, a contract with Lazard Freres SAS will be signed, after which an initial meeting between representatives of the Government, Nikola Tesla Airport and elected advisors will be held in order to inform the teams and for preparation for the project plan implementation – the Ministry of traffic communicates.
