Cornerstone for Novi Nis complex laid - In the first stage, 300 flats, moving in 2018

This Nis barracks has 15 hectares of land on which flats will be built, as well as hospitals, university center, shopping mall and other facilities and the entire project should be finished in 10 years. Deadline for completion of the complex is 2021, and the first flats and moves in are planned already in the 2018.

In the first stage, four residential buildings with 300 flats will be built , and the first building will have 76 flats of various structures . The Ministry of Defense will get for a start flats area of on​​4,000 m2 , 8,000 m2 will be built by 2020 and the remaining 5,000 square meters by 2021 . The first flats will be built on a lot of 2.5 ha out of 15 ha.
