Kikinda gets approval for merge to Customs Free zone Subotica - French Mecafor buys a lot already

Within the Customs Free Zone Subotica as subzones in Kikinda, Free Zone wil start functioning since green light of the Government of the Republic of Serbia has approved it. Kikinda subzone of the Customs free zone Subotica will be in the area of former socially-owned company Rasadnik where there is a lot on 23 ha completely equipped.

Mayor of Kikinda, Pavle Markov, announced that formally conditions have been in place already and that now practically it has been in progress that the first companies step into the Customs Free zone Subotica in Kikinda.

Most likely, French Mecafor will start because it had already bought a lot. However, Markov said we should wait because it may happen another company interested in coming to Kikinda starts before Mecafor .
