Petroleum Industry of Serbia announced tender for procurement of oil - deadline for bids is December 10

Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) has started the procedure for procurement of 800,000 metric tons of crude oil for period January – June 2008.

According to the tender that was announced by NIS on its web site, the subject of procurement is oil "ural", CIF Port of Omišalj, with minimum of 31.5 degrees API and maximal contents of sulfur of up to 1.4%.

Deadline for bids is 12 AM, December 10.

The criterion for selection of the most faborable bid is the lowest offered price, along with fulfillment of all other requests from the open competition documentation.

The decision on allotment of the contract will be made by the expert commission, which will inform all bidders on its decision after the procedure is completed.
