"Našice cement" announces procurement of majority package of stocks of "Agrokombinat 13. jul"

According to news that came from Croatia, "Našice cement" (Naxi group) will be selling Montenegrin wines "vranac" and "pro corde" soon. Našice-based company, according to newspaper "Večernji list", will try to buy as big as possible package of stocks of Podgorica-based "Agrokombinat" on "Montenegro Stock Exchange" and, in that way, prepare for final takeover of this famous wine manufacturer.
