Government adopts Draft of the contract with a buyer of Zelezara - Chinese He Steel buys steel plant for EUR 46 m

The Commission for sale of property at Zelezara Smederevo opened April 5 this year the financial offer of the only bidder in the process, Chinese companies " He Steel " (former English name: HBIS ).

In the presence of representatives of He Steel , the Commission defined that the bid submitted is in accordance with the public call and that it meets all the requirements . He Steel has given a binding offer to buy all 98 property units for a total cost of EUR 46 m . That binding bid is above the minimum price of stated in the call. Upon the proposal of the Commission, the Ministry of Economy decided to declare the only participant as a buyer.
