Investment opportunity in Slovakia - Tradepetrol a.s. sells Profil Rakovo s.r.o.

Slovakia's Tradepetrol a.s. has put the Rakovo s.r.o. company in Slovakia up for sale.

Profil Rakovo spol. s r.o. is a company established in 1998, situated eight kilometers south of the City of Martin in Slovakia and 15 kilometers away from D1 highway (E75). This company has its own rail tracks. Its product portfolio includes longitudinally welded steel pipes (for use in the gas and oil industries) and square and rectangular closed thin-wall profiles.

Production of profiles was ended amid the crisis in 2009. Before that, Profil Rakovo had 50 employees and exported 70% of the production to Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

Photovoltaic power plant

An integral part of the factory is a photovoltaic power plant that is under construction. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on 10 roofs of factory facilities and their total installed capacity will be 799.92 kW.
