Neoplanta plans to build pig farm in Cenej - Investment valued at EUR 30 million

Neoplanta from Novi Sad plans to implement another valuable project - construction of a new pig farm in Cenej, with a capacity of 75,000 fatlings, which is an investment valued at more than EUR 30 million.
Neoplanta CEO Slobodan Vasilic has underlined that cooperation with the City of Novi Sad is exceptionally constructive and that the company management has always received understanding and support from the City for its projects, investments and development activities.
- One of the biggest investments in the previous period, amounting to nearly EUR 20 million, was made in the modernization of production in order to raise its standards. Thanks to that investment, we today have definitely the most modern manufacturing plant for meat products in Serbia, and probably in the region as well - said Vasilic.
He stressed that Neoplanta was keeping its leading position in the market and doing its best to improve business results.
