Electric Power Company of Montenegro canceled tender for purchase of electricity for year 2008

Management of Electric Power Company of Montenegro has cancelled the tender for purchase of missing quantity of electricity for year 2008 due to significantly higher prices than it was estimated.

The Board of Managers of Montenegrin Electric Power Company agreed that that company should ask Directorate for Public Procurements for permit to negotiate with all bidders without announcing tender again.

The bids on the tender were submitted by eight companies - London's EFT, Espada, EGL, Atel, Gen-I, Czech ČEZ, Rudnap from Belgrade and RE Trading.
