In 2015, profit of Plantaze increases by 28% - Business profit reaches EUR 31,2 m

Plantaze ended last year with net profit of EUR 1.61 m, which is 28.4% more than in 2014. Operating income, according to consolidated statement of operations for previous year, totaled EUR 31.26 m and was 2.6% higher than in 2014.

Operating expenses increased by 3.2% to EUR 28.23 m, the cost of salaries, benefits and other personnel expenses totaled EUR 12.35 m, depreciation and provisions -3.73 m, 8.34 m - materials, while other operating expenses amounted to EUR 3.34 m.

Total company assets at the end of December totaled EUR 129.1 m, decreasing by 0.4% compared to the end of 2014.

Accumulated loss totaled EUR 1.88 m, undistributed earnings reached 4.27 m, deferred tax liabilities - EUR 2.26 m, long-term liabilities and provisions 6.22 m, and short –term ones 19 m.

According to the Central Depository Agency (CDA), the Investment and Development Fund has 22.23% of shares at Plantaze, the Pension and Disability Insurance (PIO) 21.49%, Societe Generale Bank Montenegro 9.23% and the Employment Agency 8,53%.

The Government has 3,67% at Plantaze, Trend fund 1,2%, owners 1,34% are hidden behind CK Zbirni kastodi racun 5, while other shareholders have less than 1% share.
