The Court of Commerce in Zrenjanin made a decision on Thursday (31 March 2016) to initiate pre-bankruptcy proceedings against the Zrenjanin detergent manufacturer Beohemija-Inhem.
The court made this ruling at Sberbank Serbia's proposal to commence bankruptcy proceedings against Beohemija Inhem because of its failure to act in line with the prepackaged reorganization plan.

A hearing to discuss the existence of bankruptcy reason for initiating bankruptcy proceedings against the debtor is scheduled for 10 May 2016.
