Svilajnac's problem with water supply resolved - "Panaqua" finished works on borings that will supply 35 l of water per second

- Company "Panaqua" from Novi Sad has completed works on two borings in Svilajnac, which will be supplying about 35 liters of water per second to the city with about 15,000 citizens and all suburban settlements - said Mayor of Svilajnac Dobrivoje Budimirović - Bidža.

The value of investment, which will resolve Svilajnac's problem with water supply for the next 40 to 50 years, is about 5m EUR.

According to the words of Budimirović, all required equipment for works on wells near spring "Perkićevo" has arrived. Intensive works are now carried out on the water treatment facility of 1,200 square meters and reserviur of 500 cubic meters, so that the citizens could obtain healthy drinking water before the New Year.
