Decision about offer of Italian "Fondiaria" for DDOR on November 26

President of tender commission for sale of insurance company DDOR from Novi Sad, Slobodan Ilić, said on Friday (November 23, 2007) that the decision about the offer of only bidder - Italian company "Fondiaria", would be made on Monday.

- If the decision of the tender commission is positive, company "Fondiaria" will be informed and contract on sale of stocks of DDOR will be signed - said Ilić.

In case the offer is not accepted, the tender will be cancelled. According to unofficial information, "Fondiaria" offered 180m EUR for 83.3% of assets of DDOR, which is considered much too low price.
