Work of executors brings RSD 4,5 billion to the budget of Serbia - Since 2012, more than a million of issues solved

Thanks to the work of public executors, financial discipline in utility claims has increased just on the basis of value added tax RSD 4.5 billion was paid to the budget of Serbia, it was said at the conference of public executors on Zlatibor .

At the second annual conference, it was emphasized that a national strategy for solving the matter of execution in Serbia contributed to increased financial discipline and that it "primarily refers to the utility service claims, where executors have exclusive jurisdiction" .

President of the Chamber of public executors of Serbia Aleksandra Tresnjev said today, in every municipality in Serbia, public notaries operate who daily contribute to the rule of law and predictability of operation.

- Creditors accepted the concept of public executors and state institutions at national, provincial and local levels, public and utility companies , banks, companies and a growing number of entities and individuals entrust us their claims today- she said.

Tresnjev specified that " thanks to the work executors RSD4.5 billion was paid to the budget of Serbia only on the basis of VAT."
