"Lola fluidomatik" on auction for the fourth time

Privatization Agency will offer company for production of hydraulic and pneumatic components for transportation means and oil industry "Lola fluidomatik" for sale on auction on December 21.

That is the fourth auction for "Lola fluidomatik", which is a part of Belgrade-based "Lola sistem" in restructuring. Previous auctions took place on October 11, July 26 and June 28, 2007.

According to the public invitation for participation in auction, deadline for applications expires on December 13, and documentation can be bought at price of 40,000 RSD. Starting price is 104.01m RSD, and deposit for participation in the auction is 10.4m RSD. Registered capital of the company in the Privatization Agency amounted to 3.34m EUR on December 19, 1997.
