Which airport in Europe has the best staff?

This is premier because no airport so far has succeeded in defending this renowned title. For this year's award more than 13.2 million passengers were interviewed worldwide who evaluated quality of infrastructure and staff at 555 airports and because of this number of participants this award is of great importance.

Evaluation criteria were service- orientation, courtesy and all staff competences in travel sector. This, for instance, includes the staff in the terminal department, security controls, info-desks and facilities for shopping and gastronomy.

The award for "Best airport staff in Europe" in 2016 is the fifth award for the service quality which Vienna airport received.
