Čačak-based "Autoservis" on auction on November 29

The second auction sale of Čačak-based company "Autoservis" has been schedulled for November 29, and it will took place on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

As temporary representative of the assets of "Autoservis", Slavko Majstorović, said, the whole package of 70% of stocks, which was returned to the Share Fund after the cancellation of the first privatization, will be offered for sale at minimal price.

He pointed out that the price of one stock amounted to 473 RSD and that the total price of the package with 81,026 stocks was 38m RSD. According to the words of Majstorović, "Autoservis" currently has 37 workers.

Autoservis was the first time privatized on November 21, 2003, when it was bought by the consortium of two Čačak-based companies - "Cini" and "Top Gan".
