Pirot-based Aha Mura Prvi maj under hammer - Initial price totals RSD 315,5 m

Trustee in bankruptcy at Pirot-based Aha Mura Prvi maj d.o.o. announced sale of a debtor as a legal entity by public auction.

The most important real estate of the debtor comprises an old and new administrative building, textile industry buildings – halls, warehouse, modeling area and air chambers, as well as conference room, kids’ playground , restaurant, library, compressor and transformer stations. Movable property under hammer comprises equipment for textile industry and stocks of raw materials, finished goods, work in progress and accounts receivable.

The starting price is RSD 315.5 m, and public auction will be held April 25, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Commercial Court in Nis.
