Total of 73 companies privatized in Jablanica region and Pčinj region - another 77 companies await new owners

So far, ownership changes took place in 73 public companies of 13 municipalities of Jablanica region and Pčinj region.

According to the data of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Leskovac, which is the association of economies of both regions, another 77 companies are about to be privatized, mainly from wood-processing, textile, metal-processing and food industry.

Most of them have already designed “materials” that are required for procedure of ownership change. Some companies that have much too big debts or have no chance for revitalization and starting of products will enter liquidation process.
