Who will be strategic partner of Shipyard Bijela, estimated stock capital - €31m?

Six ships are being repaired in the Adriatic Shipyard Bijela at the moment, and another four are on their way. Since the beginning of 2005, 35 ships have been repaired, among which are the ships owned by company ZIM from Israel (part of group Ofer Broterspod) and Federal EMS from the fleet Markas, owner of over 500 ships, which place it among the most renowned shipyards in the region.

The contract have been signed with broker company Mie services and business relations with the users from Cyprus have been established.

Soon, the tenders will be announced in relation to finding of strategic partners, because, at the beginning of 2005, Montenegrin Government passed the plan for privatization of shipyard, of which stock capital is estimated to €31m. (Pregled)
