Chinese are planning to build industrial park in Gornji Milanovac - Numerous plants planned in Srcanik on 32 ha

As the construction of the highway is nearing an end, there is an increasing number of potential investors who are interested in location and opportunities in the future industrial zone "Srcanik" in Klaticevo which covers about 32 hectares.

Mayor of Gornji Milanovac Milisav Mirkovic hosted the first official delegation of investors from China, headed by Mr. Xia Xianfang and Mr. Gu Jing, general and executive head of business consortium of businessmen from Shanghai, who expressed their interest in investing in the industrial zone "Srcanik". Guests from China were in the company of representatives of BIG WORLD company.

Representatives of Shanghai delegation outlined they are planning to invest in construction of a modern industrial park. Initial area planned park would comprise would be app. 30 ha and it would comprise twenty to twenty-five production plants of various sizes as well as central administrative, storage and distributional space.

Chinese investors have recently visited Sombor where they also announced option to build a construction park.
