In two months, almost 3.000 electronic requests for construction permits submitted

For the first two months since the start of the implementation of the electronic system for issuing online construction permits, 2,779 applications were submitted. Out of that number, 1,553 different applications from location requirement , construction permits, registration papers required for the issuance of the occupancy permit, were solved, the Ministry of construction, transport and infrastructure informed.

Adviser in the Ministry, Nikola Milivojevic, said he was satisfied with the first results and that the data show that the system works successfully .

He added that the switch to "online" construction permits issuance is the biggest reform in 2015 which will affect ranking of Serbia in the "Doing Business" list this year.
