"Farmakos" on auction on December 14 - starting price-28.9m RSD

Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that the company for production of pharmaceutical and chemical products "Farmakos" from Belgrade would be offered for sale on the auction on December 14 at starting price of 28.9m RSD.

The buyer will take on the obligation to invest at least 830,000 RSD in "Farmakos", and the deposit for participation in auction is 14.4m RSD. Deadline for applications for participation is December 6. "Farmakos" has 84 employees and its incomes in 2006 amounted to 19.8m RSD, while the expenditures were 20m RSD.

The most important property of the company is office space in Belgrade, store in Priština, as well as two factories for production of drugs and processing of medicinal herbs in Prizren.
