Americans to have power plant worth 1.2 billion USD built in Bor

Management of Town Hall of Bor and authorized representatives of American company "Simon Plasma Energy" from Washington signed contract worth 1.2 billion USD yesterday (November 12, 2007) on construction of a state-of-the-arts power plant in that town.

- It is the largest greenfield investment ever - said Branislav Rankić, mayor of Bor, and he added that Municipality provided 15 ha of land that will be the building site for power plant whose completion is expected in one year.
