Competition for start-ups and innovative loans in ICT field

Start-up loans are assigned to companies registered in the previous two years, while innovative loans are provided for enterprises registered for more than two years starting from the date of publication of the competition, ministry specified. It was added that start-up and innovative loans are assigned for Project of development of new or existing products or services in ICT - Innovative project.

The right to use start-up and innovative loans are entities registered with the Business Registers Agency in the field of telecommunication activities. The loan can be used only for the purchase of equipment which cannot be older more than five years, purchase of software, tools and raw materials for the purpose of paying employees ‘ costs engaged in innovative projects development.

The loan ranges from 300,000 to 1.5 million dinars for entrepreneurs and 500,000 to three million dinars for legal entities. Repayment deadline is up to four years and the interest rate is 1% per year.
