Court fees up to RSD 5.000 to be paid in stamps

Court fees up to RSD 5.000 will in the future be paid with fee stamps, while fees higher than of RSD 5.000 will be paid in cash.

Fee stamps will be in coins of ten dinars to five thousand and new practice will significantly save time and money for citizens who have work in courts, the Ministry of Justice confirms for Blic.

They also added that for benefits which this payment method brings to citizens, increase of court fee collection is expected.
