"Zorana's Law" ready - Lower fees for craftsmen for legalization of stores of up to 100 square meters

This has been confirmed to the daily Blic by Sebian Deputy Prime Minister and Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure Minister Zorana Mihajlovic.

- This law is promulgated to allow for citizens to quickly, easily and cheaply solve the problem of their store legality. That is exactly the reason why the outlets of craftsmen and small entrepeneurs shall be treated as a production space, and not as a commercial facility. Those who make their living from services will be paying a fee of only RSD 5,000 instead of 250,000 for outlets of up to 100 square meters - says Mihajlovic.

Who is entitled to lower fees?

Lower fees for the legalization of stores of up to 100 square meters will be charged to: tailors, sharpeners, locksmiths, wheelers, shoemakers, blacksmiths, florists, woodcutters, upholsterers, opticians, hairdressers, stonecutters, goldsmiths, watchmakers, car mechanics, electricians, plumbers, pastry chefs, those who repair music instruments and many others.
