Important investments in cattle breeding - Arrival of Tonnies is a chance for production boost

Owner of German meat industry, Tonnies, Clemens Tonnies, confirmed he is planning to organize meat production in Serbia and he agreed with the Government of Serbia next steps for the arrival of the company to Serbia, the most important of them are working permit and education of human resources from our country.

Tonnies announced his company which wants to step into the market of Serbia and invests app. EUR 300 m, is not coming to win Serbian farmers but to support production of pork meat and export. Budimovic said we should think about how to develop cooperative relation.
