The Commission for Securities approved the offer of Croatian company Našice-cement for takeover of stocks of industry Toza Marković Kikinda. The Croats want to buy 25% - 49% of stocks at prices of 2,300 CSD per stock. Minor stockholders now own about 90% of stocks and they have deadline until July 28 to say what they think about the bid of Croatian company, which already bought some companies in Serbia, among which is quarry Jelen Do.
