Authorities in Kula decided at the last Assembly of the city on huge benefits for investors which open a thousand or more vacancies. Incentives have been existing so far for the ones who hire more than a hundred people but none of these, although showing interest, stayed here.

Therefore, opposition parliament members accepted information with a reserve that a foreign company ready to hire 10 times more people than previously desired, appeared. Suspicion was supported with the rejection of representatives of governing coalition to announce the name of the company which was the reason to make decision on incentives.

The decision implies that an investor is free from property tax, local utility and administrative fees and fee for protection and development of environment as long as it has headcount number of 1000 or more.
