Seven companies interested in building bypass around Dimitrovgrad on Corridor X

A total of seven bids have been submitted by consortiums and companies from Bulgaria, Spain, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece, Austria and Serbia for the continuation of construction of the bypass around Dimitrovgrad, on the eastern arm of Corridor X, Koridori Srbije officials told Tanjug news agency today.

Works are to be carried out on the stretch that Bulgaria's Trace Group Hold was hired to build, but the agreement with that company was terminated in October 2015 due to slow realization.

Aforementioned bids are submitted by Hidrostroy JSC (Bulgaria), JV: Euro - Asfalt doo Sarajevo and Ingrap Omni doo Belgrade, Construcciones Rubau S.A. (Spain), Terna SA (Greece), Aktor SA (Greece), Integral Inzenjering AD (Bosnia-Herzegovina) and JV: Strabag AG (Austria) and Vojvodinaput AD Pancevo, it was announced at the bid opening ceremony on February 17th.
