First-ranked for JRB - consortium of Cypriot "Tamoza Trading" and "Daxin Petroleum" from Singapore

The best offer on the tender for JRB has been given by the consortium of Cypriot "Tamoza Trading" and "Daxin Petroleum" from Singapore.

According to the decision of the Tender commission for sale of Yugoslav River Shipping (JRB), the bid of the first-ranked bidder includes price of 32.25m EUR, investment program worth 10m EUR, as well as obligations from the social program that was accepted by the bidder.

Privatization Agency has announced that the second-ranked on the list is the consortium made of "Palmali Shipping" and "Palmali Holding Company" from Malta. The third-ranked is "East Point Holdings" from Cyprus, owned by Serbian businessman Zoran Drakulić, and the fourth is Romanian "Transport Trade Services".

After announcement of the tender list, Privatization Agency and the first-ranked bidder will start negotiations that precede signing of the Contract on sale of capital.


Privatization Agency has announced that, in case of successfully ended negotiations, it will sign the Contract on sale of capital with the first-ranked bidder within 30 days from the day of expiration of deadline for announcement of results of the tender, in accordance with the legal regulations.
