Contract signed on sale of Department Stores "Beograd"

- Company "Verano Motors" has signed the contract on sale of company Department Stores "Beograd" - Privatization Agency announced.

Manager of that company, Radomir Živanić, offered the highest price - 360m EUR - on October 29 and won on the auction for sale of Department Stores "Beograd" in bankruptcy.

The Agency states that "Verano" should submit documentation to the Commission for Protection of Competition after it signs the contract. That Commission should decide whether procurement of Department Stores "Beograd" gives monopoly position to Verano.
