Teknia builds new EUR 3.8 million factory in Kragujevac - Employment of 60 workers in the pipeline

The multinational Teknia acquired the local private company Promotor Irva two years ago and, in the meantime, through the production and sale of automotive components, the latter has grown too big for its existing space and staff capacity.
According to the strategic plan, the Teknia Group intends to invest EUR 3.8 million over the next four years in the construction of new 4,000 square meter factory and gradually hire additional 60 workers.
For this they need a new location, it was said at a meeting between Teknia representatives and Dalibor Jekic, a member of the City Council in charge of economy.
