Tender announced for privatization adviser for "Jagodina Brewer"

On November 2, 2007, Privatization Agency announced public invitation for purchase of consulting services of privatization adviser in the tender sale of "Jagodina Brewer", which practically means that the process of privatization of that company started for the second time.

Deadline for submittal of requests for qualification is 15 days from the day of announcement of public invitation.

The Agency will carry out qualification and selection of bidders within next month, which should be followed by preparation of documentation and tender for sale of the brewery.

Value of consulting services, according to the estimates of the Agency, amounts to 2m RSD (fixed fee) plus 3% of the contracted selling price of the company’s capital, which, according to the estimates of that institution, amounts to maximum of 3m RSD.

"Jagodina Brewery" is being privatized for the second time after the contract with the consortium of companies “Pan Beer” from Novi Sad” and “Infond Holding” from Maribor was broken at the beginning of January 2007.
