United Arab Emirates creates Ministry of Happiness soon

The Government of the United Arab Emirates is going to appoint a minister of happiness who will be tasked with consolidating all plans of the state, its programs and policies in order to make the society happier.
Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and the prime minister of the UAE, notes that the objective of the new ministry is to "work on the creation of social well-being and satisfaction."
The UAE government will also create the Ministry of Religious Tolerance to advocate harmony among members of different confessions as the key value of the UAE society.
Formation of new ministries is part of large reorganization of governing structures in the UAE. - The Government must be flexible, we require ministries which can cope with challenges and fulfill the ambitions of our people - said Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Maktoum.
The UAE government has also announced the formation of the National Youth Council.
