Matijevic meat company opens fodder production facility in Zlatica

Industrija mesa Matijevic, a meat company from Novi Sad, has announced in a release that its new fodder production facility was put into operation in Zlatica near Zrenjanin.

- This factory has a capacity of 15 tonnes per hour, which is almost 45,000 tonnes of ready-made feed mixture per year if working in two shifts, and that is enough to feed 100,000 fattening pigs and 15,000 heads of beef cattle - said the company representatives.

All macrocomponents (corn, wheat, barley...) for the fodder factory are provided from Industrija mesa Matijevic's own production and are controlled throughout the whole year by the accredited company SGS Beograd.
