Retail Park Shoppi in Subotica to open March 17

The first retail park in Subotica has been under construction since July 1 so that the facilty construction could end January 1 this year. At the moment, works on shops development will be carried out and it is left to construct the crossroads with Segedinski put.

Shoppi will host over 20 international and domestic brands such as H&M, C&A, NewYorker, Tom Tailor, Đak Sports, Studio Moderna, Office Shoes, Avenija Caffe, Pilot Toys, Menda, Laguna, Benu, Sportina Multibrend, DM, Panter, Deichmann, Sport Vision, Takko, Diopta and Foody.

All shops will have direct entrance from the central parking with the capacity for 300 vehicles.

Contractor is Subotica-based SMB, Geoexpert designed the project, expert supervision is carried out by Tebodin consulting company , while leasing management and facility management are entrusted to Confluence Property Management.
