After significantly expanding a codeshare agreement with Air Berlin, Serbia's flag carrier Air Serbia can now offer its passengers a better access to destinations across Europe, for which flight tickets can be booked as of today.
According to this agreement, Air Serbia is going to expand the range of its network to include additional seven cities by assigning JU code to Air Berlin's flights to Alicante (Spain), Billund (Denmark), Faro and Funchal (Portugal), Innsbruck (Austria), Karlsruhe (Germany) and Reykjavik (Iceland).
In addition, Air Serbia's passengers will also be able to use additional benefits on board the codeshare flights with Air Berlin to Barcelona and Madrid, the two largest cities in Spain, where this airline offers connections to flights operated by Alitalia and Air Europe.
Tickets for these flights can be booked starting January 27th for travels after February 3rd.
Air Serbia announced January 14th that it was going to establish a codeshare cooperation with Air Berlin on its flights to Chicago, Miami and New York, which should allow for better connection between Serbia and the United States of America.
