"Industrija precizne mehanike" on auction on December 14

Privatization Agency has announced that it will offer company "Industrija precizne mehanike" from Belgrade for sale on auction on December 14, 2007, at starting price of 392.5m RSD.
Estimated value of 70% of assets that will be privatized is 1.9 billion RSD, approximately 25.5m EUR, and the minimum amount of obligatory investments is 301.2m RSD.
The property of the company that is situated on surface of 44,493 square meters includes production halls in Vojislava Ilića Street, administrative building and service shop with motor laboratory, as well as furnaces for thermal processing, laboratory measuring instruments and processing centers.
Total business incomes of the company in 2006 amounted to 717.6m RSD (about 8.5m EUR), while the expenses amounted to 716.1m RSD. The company deals with production of line pumps, AC pumps and other related components, as well as production of parts for supply of fuel to gasoline and diesel engines.
