Buyers give up on Prva Petoletka

A consortium consisting of the furniture factory Numanovic and the travel agency Pejic Tours, which made a winning bid of EUR 2.2 million at an auction for the sale of Prva Petoletka-Delovi in December 2015, has given up signing a purchase contract, the Privatization Agency announced today.

They informed the Privatization Agency on December 23rd that they were giving up on the acquisition, which caused the Agency to call Mersudin Dazdarevic from Tutin the same day as his bid was the second best at the auction.

- Given that Mersudin Dazdarevic fail to appear at the contract signing, the Commission for the Privatization of Prva Petoletka-Delovi declared the process unsuccessful at its session on 19 January 2016 - the Privatization Agency announced.

That was the third attempt to sell the production facilities of Trstenik-based Prva Petoletka in Novi Pazar.
