Draft proposition for privatization of "Jat" in November

- Privatization advisor of "Jat Airways" - the consortium gathered around American investment bank "Rothschild" - should finish the first draft of the proposition for the method of privatization of Serbian air transportation company at the beginning of November - said General Manager of "JAT Airways", Nebojša Starčević, yesterday (October 24, 2007).

He specified that "Rothschild" would suggest the method for privatization of "JAT" as well as percentage of stocks that should be privatized.

At the press conference, Starčević pointed out that "Jat" could end year 2007 with positive results if it collected money from the debtors. He also said that that company had registered positive results for the first time in 2006 .
